General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
From the 25th May 2018 GDPR came into force. The Privacy Notice below lays out how the Prince of Wales Surgery manages your data and how and when we share it and to who. The Privacy Notice has been updated to take into account the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19.
In January 2016 we started sharing your information with other healthcare services treating you which use the same clinical system as the surgery.
