If you are experiencing difficulties with your mental health, free and confidential support is available through Steps2Wellbeing, an NHS talking therapies service.
Steps2Wellbeing is part of the NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression programme and is available to adults aged 18 and over.
Steps2Wellbeing can help with:
Anxiety, stress, and low mood
Depression
Panic attacks and phobias
Post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
Sleep difficulties linked to anxiety or stress
Support may include guided self-help, group courses, or one-to-one therapy, depending on your needs.
You can self-refer directly to Steps2Wellbeing — you do not need to see a GP first
Your GP or practice team can also support you to access the service if needed
Services are free and provided in line with NHS clinical guidelines.
Reaching out for support is an important step, and help is available.

Visit A&E if immediate help is needed
