Feedback
At Prince of Wales Surgery, your experience matters to us. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality care, and your feedback plays an essential role in helping us achieve that. Whether it’s sharing something that went well or raising a concern, your views help us understand what we’re doing right and where we can improve.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to give feedback. You can use the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) widget for a quick response, or submit a contact form for general comments and suggestions. If you need to raise a concern about your care, our complaints form is also available.
Every comment is read and considered by our team. Your voice helps us shape services that are more responsive, caring, and efficient. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts—it really does make a difference.

You Said, We Did
We listen to what you tell us and take action to improve our services. Here are some recent examples:
-
You said: “I don't know why the receptionists have to ask me questions about why I need to see a doctor.”
We did: We recorded a new phone message, with one of our GP partners, to explain why out team asks questions to help patients understand our care navigation pathways better. -
You said: “The Waiting Room looks a little drab, particularly the children's section”
We did: We have worked with Poundbury Arts to renew the artwork on the wall including displaying some amazing art work in the childrens corner completed by children at their after school art club.
Your feedback helps us provide safer, better care for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
