We know we are not perfect. We do our best to get things right but if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the care you have received; we would like to hear from you.
We welcome constructive criticism and operate a complaints procedure. Please address any complaints to the Practice Manager in the first instance.
We would like to remind patients that the website enquiry or email address function should not be used for communicating medical information or consultation, please. We cannot guarantee a timely response to such enquiries due to the nature of working schedules. If you wish to send medical information to a GP or clinician, please use the other options i.e. telephone, fax or written form. We cannot accept responsibility for medical queries sent via the website.
