At Prince of Wales Surgery, we provide coil fitting services for our registered patients, as well as patients from other local practices. This service is commissioned by Dorset County Council Public Health.
Our coil clinics are led by Dr Charlotte Hill and Dr Hazel Robinson, experienced in fitting intrauterine systems (IUS).
Coils are a safe and effective form of long-acting reversible contraception.
Fitting is usually carried out during a dedicated clinic appointment, with privacy and full support from our team.
